Fuchsia & Butterfly ~ 2173 A design of Brazilian Dimensional embroidery and Stumpwork. Use wire to shape the butterfly leaf and 3 stand away petals. A silk ribbon calyx adds another texture to this very dimensional design. Stitch stem couching leaves French knots pistil bullions cast-on satin and buttonhole. Stitch instructions are found in Art of Dimensional Embroidery book. Details for stitch use is enclosed with the fabric print design backing fabric fabric for the detached work wire and silk ribbon. EdMar threads I used: Lola #99 322; Iris #99 and 137; Glory #9 27 99 114 125 201 & 322. Design size 4" X 4"
