To Begin With and Butterfly ~ uses all basic Brazilian Embroidery stitches plus some easy Stump Work techniques. I have stitched with five of the seven weights / types of EdMar thread. This design was developed for the beginning class I taught at our local Jr. College however it also has interest for an experienced stitcher. Stitch instructions and some flower instructions are found in Art of Dimensional Embroidery book by Maria Freitas. Other instructions are enclosed with: fabric print design muslin backing wire and prepared bonded fabric for stitching detached petals and Butterfly. Design 6" x 4"
